Lush Libations provides luxury mobile bartending services, including cocktail and mocktail preparation, garnish preparation, and mixology classes. We strive to deliver high-quality products and services tailored to our clients’ needs.
Booking Process:
To secure our services, clients must complete a consultation form and provide a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost. This deposit confirms your booking and will be deducted from the total invoice.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due at least one week before the event. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
PRIVACY

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including your name, contact information, and event details. This information is securely stored and used solely for business purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Client:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your event for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in a loss of the full deposit.
Cancellation by Lush Libations:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
